目的分析剖宫产瘢痕妊娠的临床诊断进展.方法选择本院2010年1月~2014年6月收治的子宫瘢痕妊娠患者67例,对临床诊断资料展开回顾性分析.结果 67例剖宫产瘢痕妊娠患者均采用彩色多普勒超声及MRI检查诊断,腹部联合经阴道B超确诊率为91.04%,MRI检查均能清楚显示孕囊.结论剖宫产瘢痕妊娠应用彩色多普勒超声及MRI检查,具有一定的特征性表现,尤其是MRI的影像学表现特征明显,可作为诊断及治疗剖宫瘢痕妊娠的首选. “,”Objective To analyse the progress of clinical diagnosis of cesarean scar pregnancy. Methods Our hospital from January 2010 to June 2010 were analyzed in 67 patients with uterine scar pregnancy,for clinical diagnosis were retrospectively analyzed. Results 67 cases of patients with cesarean scar pregnancy using color doppler ultrasonography and MRI in the diagnosis of abdominal combined transvaginal ultrasound diagnosis rate was 91.04%,MRI can clearly show pregnant bursa. Conclusion The cesarean scar pregnancy using color doppler ultrasound and MRI,have certain characteristic,especially MRI imaging findings characteristic is obvious,can be used as the diagnosis and treatment of choice for cutting palace scar pregnancy.
