目的探讨联合检测糖蛋白类抗原153(CA153)与糖蛋白类抗原125(CA125)和癌胚抗原(CEA)在肺癌患者诊断中的应用价值。方法选取2013年3月至2015年3月辽宁省庄河市中心医院收治的43例肺癌患者作为观察组,取同期收治的良性肺部疾病患者45例作为对照组,选取同期健康体检者47例作为健康组。检测3组研究对象血清CA153、CA125及CEA水平。结果观察组患者的CA153、CA125、CEA水平均明显高于对照组及健康组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);CA153+CA125+CEA的准确性及敏感性均明显高于CA153、CA125、CEA,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论联合检验CA153、CA125及CEA可有效提高肺癌诊断的敏感性与准确性,临床应用价值较高。
Objective To investigate the value of combined detection of CA153, glycoprotein antigen 125 (CA125) and carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) in the diagnosis of lung cancer. Methods From March 2013 to March 2015, 43 patients with lung cancer who were admitted to Zhuanghe Central Hospital of Liaoning Province were selected as the observation group and 45 patients with benign lung disease admitted in the same period were selected as the control group. Forty-seven healthy subjects As a health group. Serum levels of CA153, CA125 and CEA in three groups were detected. Results The levels of CA153, CA125 and CEA in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group and healthy group (all P <0.05). The accuracy and sensitivity of CA153 + CA125 + CEA were significantly higher than those in CA153 , CA125, CEA, the differences were statistically significant (all P <0.05). Conclusions The joint test of CA153, CA125 and CEA can effectively improve the sensitivity and accuracy of diagnosis of lung cancer and has high clinical value.
