七十年代以来,国内外陆续报道和试验了可控渗氮新工艺,通过精确控制炉气氮势,获得无白亮层或带有一定厚度单相韧性白亮层的渗层组织。零件渗氮后不需磨削加工即可以装机使用。不但省工、省时、降低成本,并可大大提高产品质量。先进的工艺必须采用先进的设备才能保证。本文介绍了可控渗氮工艺的原理及为该工艺配套的新型电炉和氮势控制柜,并重点介绍了采用微处理机的氮势控制柜及生产应用效果。
Since the seventies, a series of new controllable nitriding processes have been reported and tested both at home and abroad. By precisely controlling the nitrogen potential of the furnace gas, an infiltrated microstructure with no white bright layer or white bright layer with a certain thickness of single phase toughness can be obtained. This paper introduces the principle of controllable nitriding process and the new electric furnace and nitrogen potential control cabinet supporting this process. The application of microprocessor based nitrogen potential control cabinet and its production and application effects are also introduced.
