校本培训作为促进教师专业发展的一种重要模式,近年来引起了人们的普遍重视。然而,由于种种原因,当前教师校本培训的有效性严重不足,其中的形式化、机械化、空泛化等现象尤为突出。针对这些问题,“共构”就是一种被实践所证明的行之有效的解决模式。这一模式的核心是“一场二策略三发展”。“一场”是指促进教师专业发展的共构场;“二策略”是指采用共构引领和共构同化的培养策略;“三发展”是目标,即通过培养促进教师、学生和学校的共同发展。采用这一模式,可以大大提高教师校本培训的成效。
School-based training as an important mode to promote the professional development of teachers has aroused people’s universal attention in recent years. However, due to various reasons, the effectiveness of school-based teacher training is seriously inadequate. Among them, formalization, mechanization and generalization are especially prominent.
