本实验采用重组人EGF作用于体外培养原代生长的角膜织上皮细胞,观察重组人EGF对细胞生长的影响,记录细胞生长曲线、集落形成率,并用MTT法测定细胞增殖状况。结果表明:在合适的EGF浓度作用下,细胞有丝分裂增强,细胞生长明显加快。在各浓度以10ng/mL组对细胞作用最为明显。
In this experiment, recombinant human EGF was used to culture primary cultured corneal epithelial cells in vitro. The effect of recombinant human EGF on cell growth was observed. Cell growth curve and colony formation rate were recorded. Cell proliferation was measured by MTT assay. The results showed that under the suitable concentration of EGF, cell mitosis increased and cell growth significantly accelerated. The effect on cells was most pronounced at 10ng / mL at each concentration.
