本文报道,几种常见的解热止痛药与可待因等共存时的高压液相层析测定法。层析条件:层析柱μBon-dapak C_(18),30cm×4mm(内径),流动相含有19%甲醇的M/100磷酸二氢钾液,并用磷酸调节pH为2.3,进样量20μl,内含阿司匹林2.0μg、咖啡因0.5μg、其余样品均为1.0μg,流速2ml/分,用可变波长紫外分光检测器,以峰高法计算含量。线性范围均为1.25~3.0μg。除扑热息痛外,供试溶液的制备均可使用乙醇,唯阿司匹林应注意新鲜制备。三种市售处方与自配4种组分的混合物都能得到很好的结果。由于市售商品不可能同时具备上述七种组分,因之如选择适当的内标也是容易的。作者还试用过未经磷酸调节pH的流动相。降低流动相的pH值,弱酸性组分滞留时间增加,弱碱性组分滞
