目的:建立天柏金黄散的质量控制方法。方法:采用薄层色谱法同时鉴别天柏金黄散中的姜黄、大黄,采用高效液相色谱法同时测定姜黄素、大黄素含量。结果:姜黄、大黄在同一薄层色谱上的斑点清晰、特征明显,与对照药材呈现的现象一致。姜黄素、大黄素浓度分别在5.03~100.6μg/m L、3.52~70.4μg/m L范围内与各自峰面积线性关系良好,平均加样回收率分别为107.7%(RSD=1.2%)、103.7%(RSD=1.1%)。结论:该鉴别方法专属性强、灵敏度高;定量方法简便快速、结果准确且重现性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective: To establish the quality control method of Tianbai golden yellow powder. Methods: Simultaneous identification of turmeric and rhubarb in Tianbai golden yellow powder by TLC, simultaneous determination of curcumin and emodin by high performance liquid chromatography. Results: The turmeric and rhubarb spots on the same TLC were clear and distinct, which was consistent with that of the control herbs. Curcumin and emodin had good linear relationship with their peak areas in the ranges of 5.03 ~ 100.6μg / m L and 3.52 ~ 70.4μg / m L, respectively. The average recoveries were 107.7% (RSD = 1.2%) and 103.7 % (RSD = 1.1%). Conclusion: This method has high specificity and high sensitivity. The method is simple, rapid, accurate and reproducible. It can be used for the quality control of the preparation.
