开展督促检查,确保党委、政府决策落实,是党委、政府办公厅(室)的重要职责之一。直接从事督查工作的同志,除了要对党委、政府的重要会议、文件精神和领导批示进行立项督查抓落实外,还应独具慧眼,站在全局,高度分析、对待事物和问题,善于从新闻舆论监督中发现线索,对群众反映强烈、社会影响较大的问题,及时立项进行督查,及时协调解决问题。笔者从自己的亲身经历中可以说明,做好了这方面的工作,不仅能解决问题,密切党群政群关系,而且能树立办公厅(室)的威信,提高督查工作的影响力。
