目的调查分析内蒙古医学院附属人民医院门(急)诊抗菌药物的使用情况。方法对该院2006年5月—2008年4月门(急)诊抗菌药物的销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)等进行回顾性分析。结果该院门(急)诊抗菌药物销售金额占西药总金额的比例在实施《处方管理办法》以后有所下降;克林霉素注射液和阿奇霉素注射液2年的销售金额均居前2位;用药频度排序中,阿莫西林分散片始终位居首位。结论合理用药仍是主流,应针对存在的问题制定相应的措施。
Objective To investigate the use of antimicrobial agents in the emergency department of People’s Hospital affiliated to Inner Mongolia Medical College. Methods Retrospective analysis was conducted on the sales volume, frequency of medication (DDDs), etc. of antimicrobial agents in this hospital from May 2006 to April 2008. Results The proportion of sales of antibacterial drugs to the total amount of western medicine decreased after the implementation of the “prescription management approach”. Sales of clindamycin and azithromycin in the two years ranked the top two ; Medication frequency of sorting, amoxicillin dispersible tablets always ranked first. Conclusion The rational use of drugs is still the mainstream, and corresponding measures should be formulated according to the existing problems.
