A Lovely Cat

  A few days ago, my mother brought home a little cat. I was very happy to see it. From then on she became a member of my family. So first of all, I wanted to give her a nice name. I thought and thought, and then decided to call her “Mimi”.
  Look!What a nice cat! She is black all over except her four feet and the small nose. There is also a white bib on her chest. Can you imagine what she looks like?
  Every morning she is the first one to get up. Then she always climbs up my bed and wakes me up. When we sit at table having our meal, she often runs under the table and even climbs onto our knees. It seems as if she were saying, “Let me join you. I want something to eat.”
  Mimi likes to lie on the floor in the sun. She feels comfortable. But can you guess what she likes best? She likes playing with a ball. Maybe it’s not strange to you. There is something interesting you don’t know. Sometimes, the little cat tries to hold her tail with her feet. She tries very hard, but she often fails, for her tail moves while she moves. She looks very lovely when doing like that.
  I like Mimi very much because it brings my family great joy.
