一、概述BZ-2型玻璃自动钻孔机是在BZ-1型的基础上改进了主轴抬起机构,克服了死点。因此,大大地简化了电气结构,使本机床更为简单,更可靠,并配备双工位夹具,可大大地节省辅助时间。BZ-1型是由Z515型15毫米台式钻床改制而成。它能在玻璃上加工各种直径的圆孔,如经纬仪度盘孔等。玻璃毛坯安装在夹具上,启动后即可自动打孔,孔打通后,电铃响,同时各电机停止转动,然后卸下工件。
