合理确定劳保医疗自付比例,是劳保医疗制度改革与完善的重要内容之一。本文通过对杭州市劳保医疗对象的抽样调查,对其实际自付水平、自付能力及支付意愿进行分析,提出现行制度下自付一定比例的医药费是可行的,并可适当调整提高门诊和住院医疗费用的自付比例。但自付标准的制定要考虑年龄、工作状况及疾病费用等影响因素,借此对自付比例提出参考建议。
It is one of the important contents of reforming and perfecting the medical insurance system to reasonably determine the proportion of medical insurance to be covered by medical insurance. Based on the sample survey of health care workers in Hangzhou, this paper analyzes the actual self-payment level, coping ability and willingness to pay, and suggests that it is feasible to pay a certain proportion of medical expenses under the current system and to appropriately adjust and improve the outpatient service Inpatient medical expenses out of proportion. However, the formulation of the self-pay standard should take into account factors such as age, working conditions, and disease costs, so as to make reference to the proportion of self-pay.
