目的了解综合性心理干预措施对初中学生学习焦虑情绪的作用。方法运用中学生心理健康综合测量(MHT)量表共100个测验题目,干预前后分别进行测验,根据不同的问题进行分数统计及分析,再以学校心理卫生教育干预形式,对初一年级879名学生进行1.5学年5次讲课和1次主题活动的心理健康教育。结果经调查干预组初一学生在心理干预措施实施前学习焦虑发生率为49.69%,同期对照组学习焦虑发生率为51.74%,2组相比,差异无统计学意义;经过1.5学年的心理健康知识讲课干预后,干预组学习焦虑发生率与对照组学习焦虑发生率分别为38.78%和62.44%,2组焦虑发生率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过综合性心理干预措施能有效改善初中学生的学习焦虑情绪。
Objective To understand the effect of comprehensive psychological interventions on junior high school students’ anxiety. Methods A total of 100 test items were used to measure the mental health of middle school students (MHT) scale. Before and after the intervention, the test was conducted. According to the different problems, the scores were analyzed and analyzed. Then, Conduct 1.5 times of academic year, 5 lectures and 1 thematic activities of mental health education. Results In the intervention group, the rate of learning anxiety was 49.69% before the intervention of psychological intervention, and the incidence of learning anxiety in the control group was 51.74%. There was no significant difference between the two groups. After 1.5 years of mental health After intervention of knowledge lecture, the incidence of learning anxiety in the intervention group was 38.78% and learning anxiety was 62.44% in the control group, respectively. The incidence of anxiety in the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive psychological intervention can effectively improve junior high school students’ learning anxiety.
