新课程积极关注学生学习过程中的情感体验和学习风格的差异;弘扬人文精神,力主对学生人格的尊重和生命质量的人文关怀。在教学活动中,教师承担着“传道、授业、解惑”的重任。并且随着新课改的不断推进,在英语学科的教学过程中,教师只有牢固确定新课改的理念,致力于课堂效率的提高,才能实现新课改的培养目标。因此,在课堂教学中,教师可以采用多元化的教学手段来丰富课堂教学,从而提高英语教学的课堂效率。在此基础上,教师通过自身的积极作用在确保学生的基础学业能力的基础上,培养其独特性,满足学生的个别需要。
The new curriculum actively pays attention to the differences between the emotional experience and the learning styles in the process of student learning; carries forward the humanistic spirit and advocates the respect for the student’s personality and humanistic concern for the quality of life. In teaching activities, teachers assume the mission of “preaching, teaching, and doubts”. And with the continuous advancement of the new curriculum reform, teachers in the English teaching process, teachers only firmly determine the concept of the new curriculum reform, to improve the efficiency of the classroom, in order to achieve the goals of the new curriculum reform. Therefore, in the classroom teaching, teachers can use a variety of teaching methods to enrich the classroom teaching, thereby enhancing the classroom efficiency of English teaching. On this basis, teachers through their own positive role in ensuring the basic academic ability of students based on the development of its uniqueness to meet the individual needs of students.
