目的研究对心理障碍大学生进行隐性干预的效果,并分析其不接受显性干预的原因。方法用SCL-90筛选出29名心理障碍大学生作为研究对象,分成隐性干预组和显性干预组并分别用隐性和显性干预方式干预;填写自编《大学生不接受心理工作者显性干预的原因调查问卷》进行因子分析。结果隐性干预效果和显性干预效果显著(P>0.05);症状缓减、自我封闭、信任困难和客观困难是心理障碍大学生不接受显性干预原因的4个因子。结论隐性干预是提高心理障碍大学生心理健康水平的有效干预手段之一;高校干预工作应更具人性化;隐性干预值得并有待深入研究。
Objective To study the effect of implicit intervention on college students with mental disorders and to analyze the reasons why they do not accept explicit intervention. Methods 29 students with mental disorders were screened by SCL-90, and divided into two groups: the implicit intervention group and the dominant intervention group, respectively, with the implicit and explicit intervention interventions; fill in self-compiled “college students do not accept psychological workers dominance Questionnaire of causes of intervention ”for factor analysis. Results The effect of recessive intervention and the effect of explicit intervention were significant (P> 0.05). Symptoms relief, self-enclosure, trust and objective difficulty were the four factors that the undergraduates did not accept the dominant intervention. Conclusion Implicit intervention is one of the effective interventions to improve mental health of college students with mental disorders. Intervention in colleges and universities should be more humane. Hidden interventions deserve and need further study.
