研磨锥孔,过去常用如图1所示的圆锥研磨棒,研磨时,磨头要经常抬起,以便添加研磨剂和磨料。因此,降低了加工效率;研磨剂和磨料的添加也不均匀,造成工件锥孔的上下部光洁度不一致,针对这个问题,我们设计并制造了一种如图2所示的圆锥研磨体,它由柄1、连接销2和研磨体3组成。柄1上有孔a,用于添加研磨剂和磨料;研磨体3上均布有浅槽b,槽中钻有一排均布的小孔c。研磨加工时,磨体随机床主轴旋转,由于离心力的作用,研磨剂和磨料从小孔c中析出,自动均匀地施加到工件的被加工面
