现行应用型本科高校商务英语专业诸多课程教学内容和模式没有充分考虑各岗位群职业能力和学生个体的差异性,难以满足不同岗位以及学生未来职业发展对英语应用能力的需求。基于职业能力本位,依据基本商务活动情境、职业岗位群典型工作任务和基本工作过程开发的多级模块化教学能有效提高学生综合能力,提升用人单位满意度,促进应用型高校英语教学的改革与优化。
Current application-oriented undergraduate college business English courses many courses teaching content and mode did not give full consideration to the various occupational groups and student individual differences, it is difficult to meet different positions and students’ future career development of English application ability needs. The multi-level modular teaching based on the professional ability standard, the basic work tasks and the basic work process based on the basic business situations, the professional work group can effectively improve the comprehensive ability of the students, enhance the satisfaction of the employer and promote the reform of the English teaching in applied colleges and universities optimization.
