国际俄语教师协会定于今年八月在莫斯科召开到七届国际大会。应大会筹委会的邀请,我国国家教育委员会决定派代表团参加会议。为使读者对国际俄语教师协会及本届大会有所了解,现将有关情况简介如下:一、国际俄语教师协会于1967年在巴黎成立。它的主要任务是在世界范围内推广对俄罗斯语言和文学的研究;推动对俄语语言和文学教学方法的科学研究;建立和发展各国俄语工作者之间的联系,开展学术交流活动等。协会拥有178个成员组织,分属69个国家。协会的最高机构是会员代表大会,每四年召开一次。执行机构是执行委员会及其执行局。办事机构是秘书处。协会创建以来,主要做了以下几方面工作:1.召开了六次国际俄语教师大会;开展了近200次国际或地区性的学术与组织活动;与世界上许多国家的俄语杂志编辑部建立得了联系,并召开了七次国际俄语杂志编辑会议。
The International Russian Teachers Association is scheduled to hold its seventh international conference in Moscow in August this year. At the invitation of the Preparatory Committee of the General Assembly, China’s State Education Commission decided to send a delegation to the conference. In order to make readers understand the International Association of Russian Teachers and the General Assembly, the relevant briefings are as follows: 1. The International Russian Teachers Association was established in Paris in 1967. Its main task is to promote the study of Russian language and literature around the world; to promote scientific research on Russian language and literature teaching methods; to establish and develop the relations among Russian workers in various countries and to carry out academic exchange activities. The association has 178 member organizations, belonging to 69 countries. The highest body of the association is the member congress, held every four years. The executive body is the Executive Board and its Executive Board. The office is the secretariat. Since its founding, the association has done the following work: 1. Six international conferences of Russian teachers have been held; nearly 200 international and regional academic and organizational activities have been held; and the editorial departments of Russian magazines in many countries in the world have been established Contact, and held seven international Russian magazine editorial.
