目的筛选飞行保护头盔、供氧面罩、高空代偿服和抗荷服等飞行员个体防护装备适体性评价指标,确定各指标的权重系数,探讨利用模糊数学的模糊综合评价方法对飞行员个体防护装备适体性进行模糊综合评价。方法采用德尔菲法对37名飞行员、10名防护装备专家和5名航空医学专家进行了3轮函询调查,以确定4种防护装备适体性评价指标及其权重。选用3种数学模型对76名歼击机飞行员试穿4种现役防护装备时的评价结果进行模糊综合评价,分别计算出3种模型的模糊综合评价值并与实际总体综合评价值比较,选定偏离程度最小的模型作为最适宜的数学模型。结果确定了上述4种防护装备的适体性评价指标及其权重系数。3种数学模型中以加权平均模型的综合评价值与实际总体综合评价值最接近。结论初步建立了防护装备适体性的模糊综合评价方法。它可以对个体防护装备作出定量评定
Objective To select the evaluation index of the fitness of pilot’s personal protective equipment such as flight helmet, oxygen mask, high-altitude compensatory clothing and anti-suits, and to determine the weight coefficient of each index. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of fuzzy mathematics is used to evaluate the personal protective equipment of pilots Adaptability of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Methods The Delphi method was used to investigate 37 pilots, 10 protective equipment specialists and 5 aeromedical experts for 3 rounds of interrogation to determine the evaluation index and weight of four kinds of protective equipment. Three kinds of mathematical models were used to evaluate the evaluation results of 76 fighters pilots trying on 4 kinds of active protective equipment. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation values of 3 models were calculated and compared with the actual comprehensive evaluation value, The smallest model as the most suitable mathematical model. Results The evaluation index and the weight coefficient of the four kinds of protective equipment were determined. Among the three kinds of mathematical models, the weighted average model’s comprehensive evaluation value is the closest to the actual total comprehensive evaluation value. Conclusion The method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of protective equipment fitness is preliminarily established. It can make a quantitative assessment of individual protective equipment
