患者女性71岁,白种人,视力逐渐下降3年,诊断为双侧白内障。随后于左眼行白内障囊外摘出、植入后房型晶体,术后经过顺利,远视力恢复至20/20,近视力J_1达18个月左右。接着后囊渐逐增厚。术后2年,视力降到20/100和J_8。患者入院,入院前一天晚上用抗生素(Tobramycin)治疗。在手术室内以Phisohex和水作术前准备,常规铺巾,开睑器开睑,球筋膜下注射Carbo-
71-year-old female, Caucasian, eyesight gradually decreased 3 years, the diagnosis of bilateral cataracts. Subsequent cataract extracapsular extraction in the left eye, implantation of posterior chamber crystal, after surgery, the distance vision recovery to 20/20, near visual acuity J_1 of about 18 months. Then the posterior capsule gradually thickening. 2 years after surgery, visual acuity dropped to 20/100 and J_8.
