[目的]建立ZJ4042原药高效液相色谱分析方法。[方法]采用C18、5μm为填料的不锈钢柱和DAD检测器,以乙腈-水(体积比70∶30)为流动相,在210 nm波长下对ZJ4042进行分离和定量。[结果]该分析方法的线性相关系数为0.9999,变异系数为0.34%,平均回收率为99.21%。[结论]该方法具有简便、快速、分离效果好、精密度和准确度高、线性关系好的特点。
[Objective] To establish the method of HPLC analysis of ZJ4042 original drug. [Method] The stainless steel column with C18 and 5μm as filler and DAD detector were used to separate and quantify ZJ4042 at the wavelength of 210 nm using acetonitrile - water (volume ratio 70:30) as the mobile phase. [Result] The linear correlation coefficient of this analytical method was 0.9999, the coefficient of variation was 0.34% and the average recovery rate was 99.21%. [Conclusion] The method is simple, rapid, good separation effect, high precision and accuracy, good linear relationship.
