本文以理论语言学的观点 ,通过对传统语法和现代语法理论对比 ,探讨英语动词的“时”和“体”,认为英语动词的“时”和“体”属于不同的语法范畴 ,并提出了“两时两体”的观点及其理论依据 ,此研究不仅具有理论意义 ,而且有实践意义 In this paper, from the point of view of theoretical linguistics, through the comparison of traditional grammar and modern grammar theory, this thesis explores the “shi” and “shi” of English verbs, and holds that the “shi” and “shi” of English verbs belong to different grammatical categories, “Two Talents Two” point of view and its theoretical basis, this study is not only of theoretical significance, but also practical significance
