本文报告了50例患消化性溃疡病人使用Ⅲ型胶原的治疗情况,发现使用胶原一个疗程(1月)后,胃镜复查治愈31例,显效10例,无效9例,有效率为82％;50例使用西咪替丁的消化性溃疡患者,一月后胃镜复查治愈23例,显效10例,无效17例,有效率为66％,P值<0.01,二者有显著差异。Ⅲ型胶原能在溃疡表面形成一层保护膜,阻滞胃酸、胃蛋白酶对溃疡面的刺激,它有促胃粘膜上皮细胞增殖,促血小板凝集,改善局部血液循环作用,有益于溃疡面的早期愈合,具有推广价值。
In this paper, we report the treatment of type Ⅲ collagen in 50 patients with peptic ulcer. We found that 31 cases were cured by gastroscopy after one course of treatment (January), 10 cases were markedly effective and 9 cases were ineffective with an effective rate of 82%. Cases of peptic ulcer patients using cimetidine, gastroscopy in January after review of 23 cases were cured, markedly effective in 10 cases, 17 cases ineffective, the effective rate was 66%, P <0.01, a significant difference between the two. Type Ⅲ collagen can form a protective film on the ulcer surface, blocking gastric acid, pepsin stimulation of the ulcer surface, it has to promote gastric mucosal epithelial cell proliferation, promote platelet aggregation, improve local blood circulation, beneficial early ulcers Healing, with promotional value.
