在临床工作中,时常会遇到牙外伤根折的病例,常因根折后未得到有效治疗或延误治疗而被拔除,不但影响美观而且影响咀嚼功能。笔者5年来收治了8例前牙外伤根折2～3年的患者,采用手术和甲硝唑溶液根管内治疗取得了满意疗效。现将典型病例报告如下:1 典型病例 患者王××,男,25岁。1991年因外伤左侧中切牙冠折断1/2,在当地医院未经X光照像及根管治疗,将其前牙直接进行桩冠修复,3年后因前牙根尖处粘膜破溃不愈合来我院就诊。局部检查:桩冠修复,桩冠近龈缘处与牙体分离,用探针可探及牙体,并有食物
