谈到语文教学,往往只谈读写,不顾听说,致使很多小学语文教师只重视读写训练,却忽视了听说训练。他们认为只要不聋不哑,就具有听和说的能力,教学过程不重视听和说的能力训练。随着教育改革的推进,素质教育的实施,要求我们要从多方位、多层面地引导训练学生全面发展,与现代社会的发展和人才的需求相适应。所以在语文教学中我们不能只重视学生的文字交流能力,而忽视了语言交流能力。俗话说得好,“茶壶里煮饺子——有话说不出”这将阻碍学生的全面发展。“说”的能力也是一种很重要的能力,叶圣陶先生说过,我们所说的语文课,为什么叫“语文”呢?口头为语,书面为文,语在前足以说明“语”的地位,文字文章,只不过是记录语言的,是特定情况下语言的代用品,文章是把听觉的“语”化为视觉的“文”。因此可以这么说,“说”是语言的根本。因此,要想真正学好语文,提高语文水平,必须从说话能力的培养着手。
