目的研制稳定性特异性更好的妊娠诊断制剂。方法应用抗ＨＣＧ－β亚基Ｃ末端多肽抗体，以双 功能试剂连接到羧化苯乙烯乳胶上。结果制成的妊娠诊断试剂较目前通用的ＨＣＧ乳胶试剂灵敏度高，为１．５ＩＵ／ ｍｌ。稳定性好，在室温放置３个月，其灵敏度未下降。用本试剂检测１６０份妊娠尿和１５０份正常尿，结果准确率为 ９５％。结论本试剂所用方法优于通常应用的妊娠诊断方法。
Objective To develop a more specific and stable pregnancy diagnostic preparation. Methods The anti-HCG-β subunit C-terminal peptide antibody was conjugated to carboxylated styrene latex with a bifunctional reagent. The results of the diagnosis of pregnancy than the current general HCG latex reagent sensitivity, 1.5IU / ml. Good stability, placed at room temperature for 3 months, its sensitivity did not decline. The reagent used to detect 160 pregnant urine and 150 normal urine, the result was 95% accuracy. Conclusion The method used in this reagent is superior to the commonly used method of pregnancy diagnosis.
