本文结合吉林铁道职业技术学院新校区1#公寓工程,在外墙保温工程施工中,针对聚苯乙烯泡沫板(也称苯板、EPS板)的切割,从不同的切割工艺对EPS板的施工质量、经济效益和环境保护等方面进行试验研究。研究证明:使用苯板切割机切割EPS板时,虽然施工前期一次性投入成本相对较大,但在生产过程中施工效率高、人工费用低,同时不产生对环境有害的物质,而且EPS板切口整齐,切割后与异形要求相符度高。
