为了研究猪FSTL1基因,并探明其在猪不同组织中的表达情况和脂肪组织生长发育中的调控作用,试验克隆了猪FSTL1基因,对其生物信息学进行了分析,并采用荧光定量PCR技术检测了其在猪不同组织与脂肪细胞分化时序表达情况。结果表明:猪FSTL1与其他动物氨基酸序列同源性较高,属于亲水性蛋白;FSTL1基因在猪的12个组织中均有表达,其中在肺脏、皮下脂肪组织中的表达量较高;在猪皮下脂肪细胞分化前期表达量短暂增加,随后显著下降。
In order to study the FSTL1 gene in pigs and to explore its regulation in different tissues of pigs and the regulation of adipose tissue growth and development, pig FSTL1 gene was cloned and its bioinformatics was analyzed. Fluorescence quantitative PCR The differential expression of adipocytes in different tissues of pigs was examined. The results showed that FSTL1 shared high homology with the amino acid sequences of other animals and was a hydrophilic protein. The FSTL1 gene was expressed in all 12 pig tissues and was highly expressed in lung and subcutaneous adipose tissue. The expression level of porcine subcutaneous adipose cells increased briefly and then decreased significantly.
