目的:建立热淋清胶囊中槲皮素的RP-HPLC测定方法。方法:采用Neuocedur C_(18)柱(250mm×4．6mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-0．1%磷酸溶液(48:52),流速0．75ml·min~(-1);检测波长为360nm。结果:槲皮素进样量在0．03～0．38μg,与其峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0．9999),平均加样回收率为96．5%,RSD为1．1%。结论:该方法简便易行,可用于热淋清胶囊的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a RP-HPLC method for determination of quercetin in Fenglinqing capsules. Methods: The column was columned on a Neuocedur C 18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid solution (48:52) and the flow rate was 0.75 ml·min -1. The detection wavelength is 360 nm. RESULTS: The quercetin injection amount was 0.03-0.38 μg, showing a good linear relationship with the peak area (r=0.9999). The average recovery was 96.5% and the RSD was 1.1%. . Conclusion: This method is simple and easy to use and can be used to control the quality of hot showering capsules.
