大会之后,必有宣讲。此次十八届三中全会的中央宣讲团共有28名成员,其中有13位正部级官员,相比往届三中全会的宣讲团,此次的人数之众和规格之高都超过以往,自11月23日开始,各宣讲团开始分赴全国各地宣讲。国土资源部部长姜大明一队于11月28日来到江西。1987年,为响应党中央各部委定点扶持革命老区的号召,当时的地矿部成为赣南革命老区的定点帮扶部委。26年来,更名后的国土资源部,在土地整治项目、旷产勘查开发、地质灾害防治等方面对赣州不无倾斜。姜大明选择来到江西宣讲,与国土资源部在赣南一直以来的对口支援项目不无关系。
