介绍了经过热处理后两种硬度值的七种高速钢通过切削中密度纤维板进行的刀具磨损试验,每种高速钢和热处理组合重复试验九次.切削7600英寸后的水平分力和垂直分力作为磨损指数.采用最小显著差试验比较主切削力,结果表明耐磨性与硬度有关,但其它因素也影响耐磨性.
Seven kinds of high-speed steels with two kinds of hardness values after heat treatment were introduced into the tool wear test by cutting medium-density fibreboard. Each high-speed steel and heat-treatment combination was repeated nine times. After cutting 7600 inches of horizontal component and vertical component as a wear index. The least significant difference test was used to compare the main cutting forces. The results show that the wear resistance is related to the hardness, but other factors also affect the wear resistance.
