生化汤原系明末山西著名医学家傅山治疗妇科病的有名组方,至今仍是产后常用的方药之一。原方为当归八钱、川芎三钱、桃仁十四粒、黑姜与炙甘草各五分。现改为当归24g、川芎15g、桃仁9g、炮姜3g、炙甘草3g,另加益母草30g、炒荆芥穗9g,即为一剂加味生化汤。以此为主方,随症加减,临床上用以治疗子宫增大(包括子宫肥大症和子宫肌瘤)70例,治愈33例,有效64例,取得了较好的效果。为探讨本方治疗的作用原理,初步作了以下的实验研究。
Biochemical Tangyuan is a well-known prescription for the treatment of gynecological diseases by Shanxi famous medical scientist Fushan at the end of the Ming Dynasty, and it is still one of the commonly used prescriptions. The original party consisted of eight money from Angelica, three money from Chuanxiong, fourteen peach kernels, five points from black ginger and Zhigancao. Now changed to Angelica 24g, Chuanxiong 15g, peach kernel 9g, 3G ginger, 3g Zhigancao, plus motherwort 30g, fried Nepeta ear 9g, that is, a dose of modified biochemical soup. As the main method, with the addition and subtraction of the disease, it has been clinically used to treat uterine enlargement (including uterine hypertrophy and uterine fibroids) in 70 cases, cured in 33 cases, effective in 64 cases, and achieved good results. In order to investigate the principle of the treatment of this party, the following preliminary experimental study was conducted.
