随着毒品滥用现象的蔓延,提供简便、经济、有效的毒品检测技术显得日益重要。本文采用本实验室改良的头发消化技术和RIA对122例海洛因滥用者及30名正常人头发吗啡含量进行检测分析,现报告如下。 方法和对象 一、方法: 头发的消化法:取被检者头发0.5g置于50ml梨形瓶内,加入0.3N NaOH溶液10ml煮沸15分钟,用9N HCl溶液调pH为7.0~7.2以3000rpm分~(-1)的速度离心5分钟,消化均匀,未见颗粒呈半透明状液体,取样100μl作RIA ~(125)Ⅰ-吗啡放免试剂盒由海军总医院提供,按说明书操作,用HH600型γ放免分析仪检测。
