1临床资料患者,男性,39岁,因阵发性头晕并乏力半月于2007-02-16来院就诊。当时测血压150/116mmHg(1mmHg=0.133kPa),尿素氮6.21mmol/L,肌酐93μmol/L,肌酐清除率111mL/min,尿蛋白(-),尿红细胞(-)。腹部彩色多普勒超声(彩超)检查示两侧多囊肾及多囊肝(图1～3);肾上腺CT未见异常;血管紧张素Ⅰ:卧位0.042μg/L,立位0.111μg/L;血管紧张素Ⅱ:卧位79.67ng/L,立位80.52ng/L;醛固酮:卧位
