本文基于气相和吸附相两相平衡的原理,推导和论述了常用的热力学函数:焓、吸附热、熵和吉布斯自由能以及发生在低温吸附过程中各有关参量之间的关系。最后,作者应用上述各热力学函数以及它们之间的相互关系式,根据在18—22K低温下和10~(-4)~10~(-7)托的压强范围内氢在Z×—15活性炭上的吸附实验,进行了分析与讨论。这对致冷机低温泵中抽气过程的理解是十分有益的。
Based on the principle of two phase equilibrium between gas phase and adsorbed phase, this paper deduces and discusses the commonly used thermodynamic functions: enthalpy, heat of adsorption, entropy and Gibbs free energy and the relationship between the relevant parameters in the process of low temperature adsorption.
