讨论了以往产品可装配性评价方法的不足 ,并根据人工神经元网络的特点 ,阐述了人工神经网络在可装配性评价中运用的适用性和基于人工神经网络的可装配性评价的实现方法。根据Boothroyd方法中提供的实验数据 ,通过神经元网络学习建立了评价模型 ,依此模型可以对表征产品可装配性的装配时间等指标进行评价 ,为优选设计方案和改进设计提供决策支持
Based on the characteristics of artificial neural network, the applicability of artificial neural network in evaluation of assemblability and the realization of assemblability evaluation based on artificial neural network are discussed. According to the experimental data provided by Boothroyd method, an evaluation model is established through neural network learning. Based on this model, the evaluation indexes such as the assembly time that characterizes the assembly of the product can be evaluated to provide decision support for the optimization design and the improvement design
