念动教学法是美国心理学家苏思倡导的一种体育教学方法。所谓念动:即由运动观念引起神经肌肉的相应变化,从而达到训练的作用和教学的目的。在背越式跳高教学中采用念动教学法,是指学生在学习和掌握背越式跳高动作技术过程中,根据所学的动作要领、用力顺序、方法和时间,在大脑中作系统的回忆,也就是让学生学习动作时,先想后练,边想边练,想练结合的一种教学方法。
