分析了高速加工对机床的新要求,阐明“零传动”是高速机床理想的传动方式。着重研究了高速电主轴和直线电机高速进给单元的结构特点和设计原理,提出了改善高速数控机床热态与动态特性的方法与措施。最后对加快我国高速数控机床生产与技术的发展提出了若干建议。
The new requirement of high speed machining to the machine tool is analyzed, and the zero transmission is the ideal transmission mode of the high speed machine tool. The structure characteristics and design principle of high-speed spindle and linear motor high-speed feed unit are emphatically studied, and the methods and measures to improve the thermal and dynamic characteristics of high-speed CNC machine tool are put forward. Finally, we put forward some suggestions to accelerate the development of high-speed CNC machine tool production and technology in our country.
