高等职业院校相对于普通学校对教师的教学能力要求甚高,针对职业院校的学生学习能力低,综合素质不高等各方面因素的存在的情况下,如何提高教师的教学能力,使其快速成长,发挥作用,从而推动职业院校的发展。笔者认为应从教师的课堂教学、教育能力及教科研三方面入手来提高教师的教学能力。 Compared with ordinary schools, higher vocational colleges have very high requirements on teachers ’teaching ability.
