本文首先阐述了重点工程项目对我国县域经济GDP的带动作用，从农业、工业及其企业拓展与外向型经济发展三个角度出发，然后分析了重点工程项目对我国县域经济结构转型升级产生的影响，分别从优化生产力布局及其产业结构调整两个角度展开分析。最后对重点工程项目县域交通运营成本降低效益进行量化分析。
