综合语言运用能力形成的基础是语言技能、语言知识、情感态度、学习策略和文化意识等素养的整合和发展。综合语言运用能力组成部分之间的关系:语言技能和语言知识是综合语言运用能力的基础;情感态度是影响学生学习和发展的重要因素;学习策略是提高学习效率、发展自主学习能力的先决条件;文化意识是得体运用语言的保障。
The basis for the formation of comprehensive linguistic competence is the integration and development of literary skills such as language skills, language knowledge, emotional attitudes, learning strategies and cultural awareness. The relationship between the components of the integrated language use ability: language skills and language knowledge are the basis for comprehensive language use ability; emotional attitude is an important factor affecting students’ learning and development; learning strategies are the prerequisites for improving learning efficiency and developing self-learning ability ; Cultural awareness is the safeguard of the proper use of language.
