一、钢丝缠绕机架的受力分析钢丝缠绕预应力机架,是基于“防破先分”的设想而设计的一种新型压力机机架,因为一般整体形式的机架,常常因某些薄弱环节的应力集中而引起破裂,为了防破于未然,我们可以事先就把机架合理地设计为分开式的,这样可以从根本上改善机架的受力状态,消除一般机架的应力集中因素,从而提高了机架的强度。这种机梁各个部分的受力情况如图1所示。
