胃癌卵巢转移的误诊,迄今仍屡见不鲜。四医大附属一院及包钢职工医院近年收治误诊病例8例,其中内科误诊5例,妇科误诊3例。本文旨在通过临床分析,探讨误诊教训,以减少临床误诊。
Misdiagnosis of ovarian metastases in gastric cancer is still common. In the four hospitals of the First Affiliated Hospital and Baosteel Workers’ Hospital, 8 misdiagnosis cases were diagnosed in recent years, of which 5 cases were misdiagnosed by internal medicine and 3 cases were misdiagnosed by gynaecology. This article aims to explore the lessons of misdiagnosis through clinical analysis to reduce clinical misdiagnosis.
