目的探讨全妊娠期正己烷暴露对母鼠妊娠结局和仔鼠生长发育的影响。方法 30只Wista母鼠随机分5组,在妊娠期第1~20d暴露于0、0.36、1.80、9.00和45.00g/m3正己烷,4h/d,观察对妊娠母鼠的体重增长、妊娠结局、仔鼠出生后第9~21d体重增长和成年后性器官脏器系数的影响。结果 45.00g/m3组妊娠鼠体重增长明显下降;随着暴露浓度增加,雌性活胎数与雌雄性别比明显下降;1.80、9.00和45.00g/m3组雌雄仔鼠第9~21d体重增长明显下降,9.00和45.00g/m3组成年雄性鼠性腺脏器系数明显下降。结论全妊娠期高浓度正己烷暴露有明显的发育毒性,这种效应能延续到出生之后,并影响雄性生殖器官的发育。
Objective To investigate the effect of n-hexane exposure during pregnancy on the pregnancy outcome and the growth and development of offspring rats. Methods Thirty Wista female rats were randomly divided into five groups and exposed to 0, 0.36, 1.80, 9.00 and 45.00g / m3 n-hexane for 4h / d during the first 20 days of gestation. The pregnant rats were observed for weight gain, pregnancy outcome , The weight gain of offspring from 9 to 21 days after birth and the organ coefficient of sexual organs of adult. Results The body weight of pregnant rats in 45.00g / m3 group decreased significantly. The body weight of male and female rats of 1.80, 9.00 and 45.00g / m3 decreased significantly , 9.00 and 45.00g / m3 composition male gonads organ coefficient decreased significantly. Conclusion Exposure to high concentration of n-hexane during pregnancy has obvious developmental toxicity. This effect can continue to the postnatal period and affect the development of male reproductive organs.
