氟是化学性质极为活泼的非金属元素,在环境和生物体内能和多种元素或分子结合,从而对氟的吸收、利用、排出以及毒性作用等产生影响。在我国和印度一些氟中毒病区,虽饮水氟浓度相近,而氟骨症发生率却显著不同。说明饮水氟浓度不是决定发病或病情程度的唯一因素。还有其它一些发病条件和影响因素参与作用。其中值得重视的就是元素之间的相互作用。探讨氟与有关元素在生物学上的相互作用,特别是有关抗氟元素的研究,对于闸明氟中毒发病机理和寻找有效的阻断发病措施及其有效治疗药物有其重要意义。
Fluorine is a chemically very non-metallic element that can interact with many elements or molecules in the environment and in the living body to affect the absorption, utilization, efflux and toxic effects of fluorine. In some fluorosis areas in China and India, fluoride concentrations in drinking water are similar, but the incidence of skeletal fluorosis is significantly different. The fluoride concentration in drinking water is not the only factor that determines the incidence or severity of illness. There are other conditions and the impact of factors involved in the role. One of the most important things is the interaction between the elements. To investigate the biological interaction between fluorine and related elements, especially the study on anti-fluoride, is of great significance to the pathogenesis of Fluorosis and to find an effective way to block the incidence and effective treatment of fluorosis.
