艺术院校数字媒体艺术专业的教学目标是培养具有创新意识与创新能力的复合型艺术人才。传统的数字媒体艺术人才培养是以传授基本的设计理论知识和技能为主,而创新人才的培养则突破了以往教育观念的束缚,是一种注重学生综合能力全面发展的人才培养模式。CIPP模型是美国教育学家斯塔弗尔比姆提出的一种教育评价模型,利用CIPP模型的创新人才评价体系会在目标、计划、行动和结果各个环节中体现创新人才培养的特殊性,并能更好地反映出创新人才的真实水平,为未来创新人才培养指明方向。
The teaching goal of digital media art major in art academies is to cultivate composite art talents with innovative consciousness and innovative ability. The traditional training of digital media talents is based on imparting the basic design theory knowledge and skills, while the cultivation of innovative talents breaks through the shackles of previous education concepts and is a training model of talents focusing on the all-round development of students’ comprehensive abilities. The CIPP model is an educational evaluation model proposed by American educator Stavropum. The innovative talent evaluation system using CIPP model will reflect the particularity of innovative talent cultivation in all aspects of goals, plans, actions and results. Can better reflect the true level of innovative talents, pointing out the direction for future innovative talents training.
