用荧光偏振技术研究了卟啉胆固醇酯对人何杰金淋巴瘤细胞(Daudi 细胞)和人早幼粒细胞性白血病细胞(HL-60 细胞)膜流动性的影响;用微量量热法测定了 HL-60 细胞与卟啉胆固醇酯作用后的代谢热谱。结果表明:卟啉胆固醇酯能明显降低癌细胞膜的流动性;对癌细胞的生长有强抑制作用,不同的酯其抑制方式不同。
Fluorescence polarization was used to study the effects of porphyrin cholesteryl ester on the membrane fluidity of human Hodgkin’s lymphoma cells (Daudi cells) and human promyelocytic leukemia cells (HL-60 cells) Metabolism spectrum of HL-60 cells with porphyrin cholesterol ester. The results showed that: Porphyrin cholesteryl ester can significantly reduce the fluidity of cancer cell membrane; strong inhibitory effect on the growth of cancer cells, different esters inhibit the different ways.
