在实际工作中,有时需要将二进制数据记录到盒式磁带上。然而,和普通的音频信号不同,二进制数据是一些相间的、高低不同的电平。它是不能直接被录到磁带上去的。为了录制二进制数据,可以通过移频键控信号产生器(FSK)将共转换成不同频率的交变信号。这里介绍的一种仅用一片CMOS六反相器集成电路作成的移频键控信号产生器,具有线路简单、成本低、功耗小、兼容性好、容易实现等优点。具体电路如图1所示:
In practice, it is sometimes necessary to record binary data on a cartridge. However, unlike normal audio signals, binary data is somewhat different and different in level. It can not be directly recorded onto the tape. In order to record binary data, the FSK can be converted into altering signals of different frequencies through frequency shift keying signal generator (FSK). Introduced here is a frequency shift keying signal generator made of only one CMOS six-inverter integrated circuit, which has the advantages of simple circuit, low cost, small power consumption, good compatibility and easy implementation. Specific circuit shown in Figure 1:
