采用Venism软件建立仿真模型,研究拥有多个供货渠道的制造商与第三方物流(TPL)协同制定订货运输策略对供应链的影响,主要比较分析三类协同程度各异的决策模型下系统绩效指标的表现.结果表明在满足服务水平的情况下,协同程度增加,系统成本降低.此外,考察供应链中不同成员运作带来的随机因素对系统以及协同效果的影响,研究发现供应商产出不确定对协同效果影响最大.
The simulation model is established by using Venism software to study the influence of the manufacturer with multiple supply channels and the third party logistics (TPL) on the supply chain in order to formulate the order transportation strategy. The main contributions of this dissertation are comparative analysis of the system performance under the three types of decision models with different degrees of coordination The results show that in the case of meeting the service level, the degree of synergy increases and the system cost decreases.In addition, the influence of random factors brought by the operation of different members in the supply chain on the system and synergy effects is investigated. The results show that the output of the supplier Uncertainty has the greatest impact on the synergistic effect.
