失业保险制度是当前我国社会保险制度建设中亟待解决的问题,失业保险管理体制比较分散,基金管理中有关费率的确定及收支结构不合理、基金的辐射面过窄、保险收入增长速度过快等,这些问题严重阻碍了我国就业体制的改革。本文就探寻我国失业保险制度存在的问题及对策,以便更好的认清我国失业保险未来发展的轨迹。
Unemployment insurance system is an urgent problem to be solved in the current social insurance system construction in our country. Unemployment insurance management system is relatively fragmented. The relevant rates in the fund management are determined and the income and expenditure structure is irrational. The radiation of the fund is too narrow. Fast, etc. These problems have seriously hindered the reform of the employment system in our country. This article explores the existing problems and countermeasures in our country’s unemployment insurance system in order to better recognize the trajectory of the future development of our unemployment insurance.
